About this policy
This Privacy Policy describes information handled by Better Day Wireless, Inc. in connection with our apps, websites, and related services. The information involved depends on the app, its version, and the features you use. Where an app provides a specific privacy notice, read it together with this general policy for details about that app.
App and device information
Depending on the app and its connected features, information sent to our services may include the app version and build, operating-system version, device type, language or locale, app-specific installation or vendor identifiers, and limited usage or diagnostic information. This information can be used to deliver app content, operate features, understand usage, and investigate technical problems.
Information you choose to provide
When you contact us or submit feedback, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, an optional name, your message, and any attachments you include. We use it to respond, provide support, investigate your request, and improve our products. If an app lets you submit or share other content with our services, the information involved depends on the feature you choose. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes purchases made through the App Store. For apps with purchases or subscriptions, we may receive transaction or subscription information needed to verify access and provide the purchased features. Apple does not provide us with your full payment-card details. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple Account.
Service providers and third-party features
Apps and websites may use hosting, infrastructure, email, Apple platform services, or other providers to operate their features. Where a particular app version offers third-party analytics, advertising, or social features, the information involved depends on that integration and should be read alongside that app’s privacy notice and App Store privacy information. A privacy statement specific to one app, including a statement about advertising or tracking, should not be assumed to describe every Better Day Wireless app. External websites and services have their own privacy policies.
Use and disclosure
Information may be used to operate and maintain the apps and services, deliver content and purchases, respond to communications, understand product usage, and protect the service against misuse. Information may be disclosed to providers supporting those purposes, where required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable protections.
Security and retention
We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information handled by our services. No system can guarantee absolute security. Retention depends on the type of information, the app or feature involved, and the operational, support, security, or legal purpose for keeping it. App-specific privacy notices may provide further details.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose whether to contact us, submit feedback, or use optional features. To ask a privacy question or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, email support@betterdaywireless.com and identify the app and the nature of your request. We may need information to verify and locate the relevant records. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. If you are a parent or guardian with a concern about information a child has submitted, contact us at the same address.
Changes and contact
This policy may change as our apps, services, and practices change. Updated notices will identify the applicable revision or date. For questions about Better Day Wireless privacy practices, contact support@betterdaywireless.com.
